Creative Identity Work
Creative identity work focuses on the relationship between identity and practice.
When the conditions of creative work change, many creatives experience disorientation. Work that once felt clear may no longer align with current conditions, priorities, or direction.
This work helps creative professionals stabilise that relationship so they can remain present, coherent, and continue making meaningful work as conditions keep changing.

Creative Coherence
This work helps people move from disorientation and self doubt toward presence, coherence, and a more grounded relationship to practice.
Who This Is For
This work is for people whose work no longer feels as clear, stable, or aligned as it once did.
You may be navigating industry change, questioning the direction of your work, or finding that established ways of working no longer fit current conditions, priorities, or values.
It may also be relevant if you are building something new, stepping into a more demanding phase of work, or trying to establish a more coherent relationship to how you think, decide, and create.
This work often speaks to creative professionals, emerging artists, and people in the midst of a deeper identity recalibration around work.
Ways to Work Together
This work is available in three formats.
1:1 Session
A single session offers space to examine a specific moment of uncertainty, disorientation, or decision.
It can be useful when something in your identity, practice, or direction feels unclear and you need perspective, steadiness, or a more coherent way to understand what is happening.
Some people begin here before committing to a longer arc. Others return when a particular shift or question arises.
8 Week Foundation Phase
The 8 week Foundation Phase offers a defined period to stabilise identity and practice.
This arc is designed to clarify what remains core, identify what is changing, and restore a stronger sense of creative orientation.
It suits people who need structure, steadiness, and a contained period of recalibration.
6 Month Creative Identity Recalibration
The 6 month Creative Identity Recalibration allows for deeper and more sustained work.
This arc creates the space to examine identity, practice, direction, and decision making over time.
It is suited to people moving through a larger transition, a more complex period of change, or a meaningful redefinition of how they want to live and work creatively.
How the Work Happens
All work is one to one and takes place on Zoom.
Sessions are conversational, but not unstructured.
They are designed to support clarity, continuity, and a more coherent relationship between identity and practice.
A one to one session can stand alone.
The 8 week Foundation Phase and 6 month Creative Identity Recalibration unfold over time.
Each has a defined beginning, middle, and point of integration.
Each session is followed by a short email that helps carry the work forward between meetings.
The pace of the work matters.
Creative identity rarely stabilises through insight alone.
It becomes clearer through sustained attention, reflection, and practice over time.
Enquiry
If this work feels relevant, you can begin by booking a one to one session.
Before we meet, you will receive a short set of questions to help establish context and bring focus to the conversation.
From there, we can decide whether a single session is sufficient or whether a longer arc would be more useful.
